Adam Loewy is a trial
lawyer. He has a passion for representing people who
have been wronged by others, whether they have been
seriously injured, killed, or taken advantage of in
business deals. He strongly supports the jury system
and believes that those who commit wrongs should be
required to stand tall before a jury of their peers.Adam’s practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and truck accident cases. He also represents individuals involved in business litigation. He does all of these cases on a contingency fee basis because he believes that his firm should only be compensated if it wins for their clients.
Adam began his legal career in Dallas as an associate at Neligan Foley LLP, one of the nation’s premier corporate bankruptcy and litigation boutiques. He returned to Austin as fast as he could and started his own firm at the age of 27.
Adam then joined up with his good friend, Carl R. Barry, and started Barry & Loewy LLP. The firm has rocketed to the forefront of Texas trial law and has gained national recognition for its legal work.
